PLANTAR FASCIITIS

PLANTAR FASCIITIS - A number of factors can contribute to plantar fasciitis. While men can get plantar fasciitis, it is more common in women. It involves inflammation of a thick band of tissue that runs across the bottom of your foot and connects your heel bone to your toes. You are also more likely to have this condition as you #agePlantar fasciitis commonly causes stabbing pain that usually occurs with your first steps in the morning. As you get up and move more, the pain normally decreases, but it might return after long periods of standing or after rising from sitting.

CAUSES OF PLANTAR FASCIITIS:
- Being #overweight- Taking up a new form of exercise or suddenly increase the intensity of your exercise.#Standing on your feet for several hours each day.- Medical conditions such as #rheumatoid #arthritis or lupus- Wearing #high-#heeled #shoes, and switching abruptly to flat shoes.- Wearing #shoes that are worn out with weak arch supports and thin soles.- Having #flatfeet or an unusually high arch.- Having #legs of #uneven #lengths or an abnormal walk or foot position.- Having #tight #Achilles #tendons, or 'heel cords'.

HYPERTONIA

HYPERTONIA - Hypertonia is the technical terms to describe issues with muscle tone. Muscles are mean to stretch with portrait of funny stretching little girlour bodies to accomplish everyday tasks. When you stretch to touch your toes or pick something up, you’re increasing the tension on the band. Most people experience a certain amount of resistance or tension when they stretch their muscles to do something. #Hypertonia is increased muscle tone, and lack of flexibility. Children with Hypertonia make #stiffmovements and have #poorbalance. They may have difficulty #feeding, #pulling, #walking, or #reaching. Sometimes Hypertonia and Hypotonia are apparent at an infant’s birth, but often issues don’t present till months or even years later.
